| 當您購買本初始套裝即被認定是接受以下條款： |

本業務的初始套裝一經售出，恕不退換。 |
| 2. |
聯通國際通信有限公司（以下簡稱聯通國際）保留不時變更通話費率的權利。 |
| 3. |
本業務的SIM卡及電話號碼為聯通國際的資源，用戶只能在有效期內使用。有效期過後，聯通國際有權收回所有電話號碼。對於私自炒賣號碼者，所可能產生的金錢損失，聯通國際概不負責。 |
| 4. |
在以下情況下，聯通國際一律不會將金額退還或予以轉讓：
儲值卡有效期內或逾期的金額
于儲值卡增值時錯誤存入其他儲值卡戶口中的金額
任何不正常及未經許可使用的金額
于遺失的儲值卡中尚未使用的金額 |

客戶同意接收所有由本公司及或其關連公司，在其使用服務期間所傳送的任何形式及性質的電子訊息(包括但不限於文字、語音、聲音、圖像或視像訊息；及揉合文字、語音、聲音、圖像或視像的訊息)及話音留言(包括但不限於宣傳性或商業性的)，而不論客戶的電子地址有否根據非應邀電子訊息條例(香港法例第593章)在任何時間出現於拒收訊息登記冊內。 |

當客戶決定購買或使用聯通國際的服務及產品前，應先詳閱於聯通國際網站
（http://www.hkunicom.com）列出關於相關服務及產品的條款與細則（“條款與細則”）聯通國際有權隨時更改於聯通國際網站的條款與細則，而不向客戶作出另行通知。客戶必須不時到聯通國際網站的條款與細則及其任何修訂。

聯通國際具有有關通話費、帳戶餘額、有效期及獎勵方式等內容的最終解釋權。 |
| 8. |
如果聯通國際認為儲值卡曾被、或有可能被用來從事欺詐、或違反任何中港兩地的法律、法規的活動，或以不正當的方法使用，聯通國際有權對該號碼予以永久停機，餘額不予歸還。

| Terms and Conditions |
| Upon your purchase of this initialization package, it is assumed that you’ve readily accepted the terms and conditions below: |

This initialization package and Recharge Card cannot be exchanged or refunded. |
|
User must activate the SIM Card within the validity period printed on the package. |
|
China Unicom International Ltd. (“China Unicom International”) reserves the rights to amend the tariff anytime. |
|
In case of the following, China Unicom International will not provide cash refund or transfer.
1. Cash value of the stored-value SIM Card, within or beyond the validity period.
2. Misloading of cash value to other stored-value account during recharge.
3. Any cash amount used inappropriately or without authorization.
4. Unused cash value of lost stored-value SIM Card. |

The Customer hereby consents to receive all electronic messages (including but not limited to a text, voice, sound, image or video message; and a message combining text, voice, sound, images or video) and voice mails of any format or nature (including but not limited to promotional or commercial nature) sent by the Company and/or its affiliated companies during the use of Services, whether or not the electronic address of the Customer is listed in a do-not-call register pursuant to Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance (Cap. 593) at any time. |

The SIM Cards and mobile phone numbers are properties of China Unicom International. User can only enjoy usage during the validity period.
After the validity period, China Unicom International possesses the rights to retrieve all mobile numbers. |

In case China Unicom International suspects the stored-value SIM Card has been used or may be used for deception, or any activities violating the laws and regulations of China and Hong Kong, or used inappropriately, China Unicom International reserves the rights to terminate the use of the mobile number perpetually. The remaining cash value will be not refunded. |

Before Customer decides to purchase off use any Unicom’s products or services , Customer shall peruse the relevant terms and conditions for such product or service (the “Terms and Conditions”) which are published on Unicom’s website (http://www.hkunicom.com).Unicom reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without any further notice to the Customer. Customer must visit Unicom’s website from time to time to peruse the Terms and Conditions and Any amendments in relation there to. |

China Unicom International reserves the final definition rights on all information regarding the tariff, account balance, validity period and reward etc. |
